ABSTRACT

Humans and their activities are significant contributors to changes in the environment and ecology. The development of material and non-material culture today is very much influenced by technological push- ups. We cannot dream about detaching ourselves from the technological assistance that is enabling us to improve our potential prosperity in one or more ways. However, the application of technology has often posed a significant degree of risk, especially where its usage is not ecologically regulated and geared to sustainable future prospects. Today we look forward to using our indigenous ecological conservation strategy to reduce our exposure of socio-environmental hazards. The indigenous tribes of India continue to use such techniques and methods that can be further evolved in a more sustainable way in conjunction with small technologies and their interference. This research is an attempt to find the intricacies of mixed technology approach, tribal environmental conservation knowledge and cultural contemplation. This study uses a mixed method approach in which traditional activities are observed, informal interviews with indigenous Jharkhand people are conducted, and secondary sources of literature are used.

The paper also covers how integration of the principles and features of Incident Response System in overall management structure during COVID 19 would lead to a comprehensive , efficient and effective management structure at all administrative level.
