ABSTRACT

This chapter explores the ethical framework in intrapreneurship and change management. Unlike entrepreneurship, intrapreneurs use their organizations’ resources to create ideas and develop them into startup ventures. This innovative practice is encouraged by many senior management because fostering intrapreneurship within the company can create opportunities to help businesses survive and grow.

In a rapidly changing business environment with intense competition, managers must embrace their role as proactive change leaders to address the upcoming challenges. They must lead the organization with agility and flexibility, as resistance to change is common.

Understanding ethics is important for entrepreneurs when they develop new ideas and introduce a new product and service to the market. The application of ethics involves making decisions and taking actions that align with the right moral standards to promote the integrity and accountability of the organization. Also, ethical leadership to implement changes from developing new products and services with new operation processes.
