ABSTRACT
“Hey, Jenna! Do you have a minute?” Jenna Powell turned to see Vanessa Middleton smiling and walking toward her. Jenna and Vanessa, both professors in the College of Education at Mid State University, were serving on a team charged with revamping their teacher education programs. Jenna was an assistant professor in the Educational Technology (EdTech) program, while Vanessa was a clinical associate professor and the coordinator of Mid State’s Special Education online master’s program.
