A few months back, Tess Primeau, a professor of curriculum and instructional design at Mountain University, had been encouraged by her colleague, Kaley Wilson, to apply for a curriculum lead role for revision and development of a set of education courses designed for a global audience. Tess recalled how Kaley had rushed into her office that day.
