ABSTRACT

The introduction begins with a brief characterisation of the evolution of the right in Argentina from 1916 to 1983. During this period, right-wing expressions are heterogeneous because of the blending of different styles of European thoughts with autochthonous traditions and problems. After this characterisation, the main objective of the work is presented: provide the tools for an exhaustive understanding of the path of the right-wing universe during the last 40 years (1983–2023), that is, from the reinstatement of democracy to the present. Then the specific characteristics of the different sections and their contribution to the work in general are described.
