ABSTRACT
This book chapter has the purpose of developing three sections that depict information about concepts of sustainability, leadership, and knowledge management. The methodology used to develop these concepts was formulated through a process of bibliometric review, structuring search equations and integrating three terms referenced with information filter by temporal space from 2017 to 2021. On the Scopus and Science Direct platforms, using review and research articles, additional outstanding books were used in each of the three areas of knowledge selected for the author’s convenience, and, as a result, a conceptual framework was built to determine the main dimensions of concepts and analyse them from individual and organizational perspectives, concluding there is a relationship between concepts of sustainability, leadership, and knowledge management.
