ABSTRACT
This chapter provides a synthesis of the key theoretical concepts that have emerged through this edited book. After reviewing the contributions of each chapter to world building in adult education, the authors offer key components necessary for enacting world building in the classroom. The chapter concludes with a final appeal for the inclusion of world building in adult education as a vitalizing practice.
