ABSTRACT

This case describes the journey of an entrepreneur and an Amazon bestselling author as he transitions from writing books to developing successful blogs online. It elucidates the process he went through, the challenges he encountered, and the benefits he obtained from this transition. This chapter uses literature on entrepreneurial characteristics and digital transition of contentpreneurs to discuss the case. It adds to the growing discussions on contentpreneurship and digital transformation of creative industries. It also provides several recommendations for contentpreneurs and digital content creators that can help them establish a foothold in the rapidly changing world of digital content platforms.
