“A Picture of Community”

This chapter outlines the origins, history and several of the main participants in the time-honored tradition of the Congressional Baseball Game. The chapter also demonstrates how lessons learned from the Game apply to many aspects of life on Capitol Hill for lawmakers. Special attention is paid to the violence surrounding the 2017 iteration of the Game.
