ABSTRACT
Given that Bernie died during the project that was/is this book, Keith decided to write and co-ordinate a final chapter which stands as an epilogue to the book and to Bernie’s work and life. One of the things that Keith appreciated about Bernie is that he lived his life in a way that embodied the theory he espoused: as a process. Other colleagues and friends appreciated this about him, and so Keith invited some who were close to him and his ideas to offer their thoughts about him.
