ABSTRACT
Don’t use technology in the classroom because it is in fashion or seen as a symbol of elitism. Use it because it helps to connect the children with you and with the world in order to get them ready for the future. Remember to make this usage enjoyable for the children as well. It is equally important to take care of the points that, owing to the unavailability or scant availability of resources, lead to some children feeling left out or deprived. The idea is that ICT should bridge the divide between the haves and the have-nots, and it should never widen this gap further.
