ABSTRACT
This painting is called ‘It's hot as fuck and I need to rest my eyes’. When I painted it, it was hot as fuck. Another heat wave. Climate anxiety was making me feel like I was being swallowed by tar. This is the only way I know how to climb out. I make art and hope it makes some kind of a difference.
