ABSTRACT
As an intern at the National Forum on Higher Education for the Public Good (National Forum), I was assigned to a project about undocumented students. As an international student, I understood the importance of having appropriate documents to be able to travel and study in the United States, but I had only a vague notion of what “undocumented” status meant.
