In this essay, Randy Bass provides an introduction to social pedagogy and then reviews C2L social pedagogy practices, analyzing themes and patterns of use. “As these kinds of practices become more prevalent and developed,” Bass writes at the end of this essay, they will “reshape what we think of as the purpose and nature of ePortfolios, as sites of student sense-making and ‘learning to be.’”
