ABSTRACT
When a great tragedy occurs, the struggle to understand an incomprehensible outcome is never ending. In the event of a natural disaster, the campus leaders do all that they can, but in the end, there are limitations. However, as those of us at Lynn University found out, how you deal with a crisis afterward is almost as important as how you deal with it at the time.
