ABSTRACT
Scott is just beginning his coursework in child psychology and is very thankful for the prestigious and generous fellowship he won because he can now fully concentrate on his studies. Nevertheless, Scott regrets not being able to find a teaching assistantship. He really feels teaching is his passion but is dismayed that there is no formal training in the program. He is wondering if he can find a way to get some experience in the classroom. He will raise this issue during his next meeting with his advisor.
