ABSTRACT
As I reflect upon almost thirty years of work in the student affairs profession, it is a daunting task to summarize my journey. I have had the privilege of working with a true diversity of students and leaders in six institutions of higher education. I would not have predicted the trajectory of my career bringing me to my current position. I know that I am still a work in progress.
