ABSTRACT
In this chapter, the authors outline strategies for preparing students for success in a blended learning environment. The chapter describes what information students should have when the course begins, how to collect student feedback about their experience, and how to foster open communication for students to seek help. Readers will find relevant examples, templates, and guiding questions for both faculty and administrators.
