ABSTRACT
This chapter offers two comprehensive checklists that offer quality assurance for blended courses. The first tool is an implementation checklist. The second tool is a checklist focused on accessibility for students with disabilities. Each checklist includes room for comments in case the tools are being used with a partner or outside reviewer.
