ABSTRACT
The Association of American Colleges and Universities (AAC&U) panel that formed the basis of this book focused on service-learning issues now and into the near future. We created this book around these broad themes and we intend for this epilogue to summarize key concepts in service-learning that we believe will be important during the next 10 years. Although predicting the future is impossible, what follows is our best guess and resulting perspective.
