ABSTRACT
This chapter describes how to successfully integrate and support a learning technology adoption on a college campus. We believe that doing so is fundamentally a process of managing change, which, in the best of situations, poses many process-related and cultural challenges. When you factor in the significant financial and personnel investments often associated with learning technologies, you can see how important it is to get it right the first time with minimal wasted time and effort.
