ABSTRACT

My dance journey has been a challenging dream come true, one based on a blend of long, hard work, talent, disciplined training, inspiration, and sheer luck, but one open to unexpected surprises. Dancing since I was four, I chose to develop a range of movement skills and to expand them by studying Dramatic Arts for my undergraduate degree. This expanded vision and practice with what I can do with movement has allowed me to find out what movement can do for me, opening the door for my study at the Ailey School in New York and then to become a professional dancer in New York dance companies. The COVID-19 pandemic scrambled my plans to continue dancing with New York companies, and led me back to Bangkok, where I entered into the professional dance world of the Thai entertainment industry, and also continued to dance creatively in new and unanticipated platforms and stages, both in digital and in live settings.
