ABSTRACT

This case study explores the journey of embedding Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME) across a College, with a view to create a transformational shift across the full College provision. It highlights the importance of integrating PRME within College strategy and building relationships with a coalition of the willing. It also highlights different elements that can help to build an authentic new learning ecosystem within the College, such as cross-college collaborations, staff development, and innovative programme design. This case study example is offered for other institutions or PRME leads who wish to pioneer the integration of PRME within their business school or University, or to those who wish to create transformational change within their teaching area.
