ABSTRACT
Television is seen as a partial solution to keeping farm hogs on the farm, T. Stewart Lyon, chairman of the Ontario Hydro-Electric Commission, told delegates to the Third World Power Conference that television might raise "a most formidable harrier to the drift of rural population to the cities."
