ABSTRACT

Cloud computing has been recognized as a key study area due to the rapid growth of computer resources in the recent years, and this technology has emerged as a fresh approach in the IT industry. For a variety of factors, including computational power, a lower total cost of ownership, on-demand services, improved revenue, and many others, many businesses – small, medium-sized, and large – are converting to this technology.Numerous benefits of cloud migration offered by cloud computing encouraged corporate firms to make the switch. Companies embracing cloud computing face a number of difficulties, including interoperability, portability, organizational issues, and the most significant difficulty is the security and privacy of data. Data security issues like data breaches, unauthorized access, and data loss are made more difficult by the shared nature of cloud infrastructure and the outsourcing of data management. Businesses also have to worry about potential legal and regulatory compliance difficulties, as well as the dependability and availability of cloud providers. There are several approaches or recommendations that a business can take to address various problems and challenges. The proposed aim is to elucidate the overall opportunities which may boost overall organization's performance in different metrics taking over the cloud security issues and challenges to develop a set of protocols where both the cloud service provider and organizations need to comply in order to have smooth business continuity.
