ABSTRACT
The Human Problems Session is a series of 8 stress interviews in which candidates—one as Officer, the other as Stooge or “other rank”—dramatise the handling of personal or disciplinary problems. Each candidate functions once as Officer and once as Stooge. The group sit round in a semi-circle and criticise and discuss the handling of each situation before going on to the next.
