ABSTRACT
In the Final Exercise (FE) one has one’s last look at the candidates in action. Phase I has raised queries: Phase 2 has tried to resolve them and has come to fairly firm conclusions about most candidates. Such residual queries as remain have been called to one’s attention by the IGS: and the FE provides the opportunity of resolving one’s last doubts about one or two query candidates while casting a confirmatory glance at the others.
