ABSTRACT
Validation is proof—proof that your selection procedure really does measure what you intend it to measure. It is also in itself a form of measurement. It measures the accuracy with which your selection procedure measures what you intend it to measure. But, before going further into the validation of WOSB, we must consider what is meant by the reliability of a measurement.
