ABSTRACT
There are a number of things which might be accomplished by subdividing a conference at times into smaller groups. First of all, more subjects can be considered per unit of time, and if members of one group are ready to respect another group's ability to explore a topic, there may be some saving in this way. It is the division-of-labour idea, and it works.
