The Role of the Jews In the American Revolution in Historical Perspective

The story of the American Revolution is not complete without some acknowledgment of the role the Jews played in that conflict, and, in a broader sense, of the contribution of Jews and other minorities to the recognition of rights and values which are now considered an integral part of the American tradition.
