ABSTRACT
I find the history [of the image and miracles of Our Lady of los Remedios] most difficult, not at all like a well full of stones that I could remove little by little. Rather, I find myself again and again on land that is filled with crags and barrens. It is a difficult thing to finally reach the water of truth there.
