ABSTRACT
When the amount of corrosion of reinfociment exceeds a certain limit, the cover concrete cracks along the reinforcement. At this point of time it is believed that the structural properties are not damaged yet. In this paper the remaining life from the time of cracking to the time when the structural properties becomes questionable was discussed by investigating the corrosion rate after cracking and the properties of corroded reinforcement.
