ABSTRACT
This paper proposes an estimation equation that can be used to predict the progress of deterioration for various building materials, and an attempt is made to summarize and classify the deterioration phenomena of each material used in a building. The estimation equation classifies three types of deterioration patterns, alignment, convergence, and multiplication, according to the difference in the properties of deteriorating parts.
