ABSTRACT
Labour disputes are a vehicle of social change within an industrialised society or the microcosm of the enterprise. Through them contradictions of capital–labour relations (industrial relations) are brought to light by the independent action of those who established these relations, and the social interrelationship is suddenly transformed.
