Latin America is facing one of its greatest challenges ever: that of reforming its economic structure whilst being caught in the middle of a deep and lasting crisis. Such a challenge leaves no options, since the crisis giving rise to the problem is, at the same time, the main reason for reform, and is defining its rhythm and course.
