ABSTRACT
In this chapter we will consider, in three parts, the general theme of this book. Firstly, there is the idea under the theme 'The Role of the State in Development Processes' that there are very different questions and effects in the different regions of the world: the interest of the theme proposed in this book can be found in this variation.
