ABSTRACT
Professional education in fields such as engineering and business should not only focus on the content of that discipline but also must develop graduates with appropriate knowledge, skills and attitudes, together with the ability to apply them to the types of functions likely to be encountered in the workplace. The projects discussed in this chapter are aimed at developing broad-ranging student skills by motivating them in realistic simulations of the industrial and business environment.
