ABSTRACT
Story order in relation to the narrator’s background information and perspective taking will be our focus in this chapter. Wittingly or unwittingly, narrators at times tend to relocate key events in their temporal ordering of failure-event accounts (Neisser, 1982). Presently, we will focus on collaborative constructions of false or veridical accounts in group decisionmaking in legal settings.
