ABSTRACT
In 1981, Shel Silverstein published a book of poems entitled Light in the Attic. Among its many engaging, though slightly rebellious, poems is one entitled “Twistable Turnable Man,” In the poem, Silverstein described the perfect man for our “bendable, foldable . . . easily rnoldable” society.
