ABSTRACT
Leo is a young mathematician and Nobel Prize-winner. He has found the solution that will lead to the construction of the next generation of atomic bomb. Unable to cope with the enormity of his discovery, he takes a post at an English university and attempts to hide away. One day he meets Gilly, a brilliant young student, who has reached a similar set of conclusions … it is to her that he addresses this speech.
