This also reprints his article v~1'~:<t~ Ch'unhyang chOn Thon ko, "A Study of the Variant Texts of The Story of Ch'unhyang" from ~ffi"''* Chindan Hakpo, journal of the ~tl*l1iir Chindan Hakhoe, Keijo (now Seoul), 11, December 1939, 94-134, and 12 (reported to be 1940, but I have not seen that issue). Kim Tonguk, 73, gives the first edition of this text as published by ~xx!f Pangmun Mun'go, 1939, and the preface in the edition of 1957 is dated 1938.
