ABSTRACT
Teaching culturally sensitive practice and increasing self-awareness in this area are facilitated by an interactive group work approach. Addressing the role of the social work educator, both as a model and as a group leader, this chapter will focus on the use of group work skills to involve, educate, and empower diverse students within the classroom.
