ABSTRACT
Terrorism is used to describe different things by different people. As a label for acts of violence, it reflects negatively on those who are labeled as terrorists. In this sense, the term terrorist is comparable to other insulting terms in the political vocabulary, such as racist, fascist, or imperialist.
