ABSTRACT
My task is a very important and difficult one. It is no less than to set forth a fruitful conceptual framework for the discussions to follow. It is also a very great privilege, because it gives me the opportunity, before anyone else can present their view, to advocate my own penchants and to derogate other people's, which I fully intend to do.
