ABSTRACT

The National Parent Partnership Network is a network that brings together all the Parent Partnership Services across the country, including a number of voluntary organisations that are funded by local education authorities to provide information and support to parents. The Network is supported by a small allocation of staffing from the Council for Disabled Children. The Council has been funded by the Department for Education and Skills since 1995 to provide this support to the Network and to meet the Department's own need for information about services.
