ABSTRACT
A woman with tremendous energy and perseverance, Ayelech Fikre has spent several decades perfecting and combining indigenous practices of SWC to build up an intensively cultivated hillside farm in the highlands of North Shewa Zone of Amhara National Regional State in Ethiopia.
