ABSTRACT
The ISWC programme in Ethiopia commenced work in Tigray region. It deliberately sought to include a wide array of people from agricultural research, extension and education institutions in identifying and giving due recognition to farmer innovation. This chapter describes the methods applied in discovering farmer innovators and in celebrating and stimulating their creativity.
