Review of Twelve Years' Experience of Disasters and Small Dwellings

This paper provides a framework for looking at the question of disaster and the small dwelling; we need to get beyond just thinking about world housing and small buildings and looking at housing for the poor. This paper looks at milestones or lessons and talks about some of the gaps that still exist, then examines some research and action priorities for the next decade.
