ABSTRACT
The Brandaris in Zaandam, near Amsterdam, named after a famous watchtower in the north of The Netherlands, is a high-rise multi-family building with 384 apartments. The building faces east and west with long façades. The 14-storey building is owned by housing association Patrimonium (managing nearly 40,000 dwellings) and was built in 1968.
