ABSTRACT
A very simple solar tracker and tracking concentrator are described in the paper as well as the tracking strategy which enables high collectible energy surplus at medium tracking accuracy. A new low cost tracking soft concentrator combinated with the solar tracker can double PV energy harvest in comparison with fixed panels and substantially reduce price of PV energy.
